Skills:
Proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js), Extensive experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems, Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development, Database expertise (SQL like PostgreSQL/MySQL, NoSQL like MongoDB/Cassandra), Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Message queueing systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), Version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance, System design and architectural patterns, Problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills, Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field., 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development., Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying scalable, high-performance backend services., Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers., Experience working with large-scale data processing or real-time systems., Solid understanding of software development best practices, including testing, code reviews, and documentation., Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
