Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program, Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State Name/Jurisdiction], Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department or acute care setting, Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire), Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, Strong organizational and time management skills, Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
