Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State Name], Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience considered, Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department or critical care setting, Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 6 months of hire, Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and participate in on-call rotations as needed, Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care
